Registration > Fees & Housing

The registration fees are 50 € excl tax/HT (60 € incl tax / TTC) and include:

  • meeting attendance and coffee-breaks during the meeting
  • the abstract book
  • a buffet lunch on the 11/04 in the backyard garden of the "Grand Chateau"
  • a Gala dinner on the 11/04 downtown
  • a lunch box with a sandwich, a dessert and a drink on the 12/04
  • a pass for public transportations (3 days, not working for airport transportation)

Single student rooms at Résidence Montbello (96, av. Valrose), nearby the conference location, can be reserved until the 26th of May 2017, at the time of meeting registration (limited number of rooms available) for an additional cost of 90 €. Thus the total cost for a registration including lodging is 140 € excl tax/HT (168 € incl tax / TTC). This includes:

  • 2 nights (10/07 and 11/07)
  • cleaning of the rooms
  • bed sheets
  • bath towels
  • cleaning kit (shampoo, body wash gel, soap, WC paper roll)
  • wifi access

Breakfast is NOT included and nights cannot be divided.
