Registration is a 3-step process :
- You fill the pre-registration form available in the menu Registration>Registration form.
- You go to the Azur-colloque website for the payment (credit card, purchase order or bank transfer).
- You submit your abstract (optional)
Note that you will receive the final confirmation for your registration only after you payment was recorded (can take some days) and that reimbursement/cancellation is not possible.
Deadlines:
- Registration opening: 5 May 2017
- Registration end with lodging: 26 May 2017 (room reservation will close at this date)
- Registration end without lodging: 16 June 2017
- Abstract submission deadline: 16 June 2017
